Listen, we are not licensed therapists. We are merely meme specialists. But there is a correlation here. Your therapist wants to make your brain happy, and is that not also the point of memes? Sure, everyone has their own sense of humor, some darker than others, but it is all a similar goal: To make you smile. Therapy doesn't usually skip right to the LOLing part, you might think it does since you laugh at all of your issues, but you have to go through the darkest parts of yourself first, before you can truly laugh at yourself. However, memes tend to go straight for the LOLs and you can clear up whatever darkness might arise due to these laughs with your therapist. So really, it's a great tool for therapy!

We are big fans of therapy, right? We love a place where you can practice your comedy material and not have to worry about it not landing. Because it's therapy, so even if it doesn't land, it's going to help you either way. It'll either become a great joke in your comedy routine that is your life, or it will be a stepping stone to the tool that helps you become funnier or at least funnier to yourself, in a self-love kind of way, not self-deprecating. Though we do love that kind of humor too, as you can see with these memes…

Anyway, we hope you have a great day and a helpful chat with your therapist. Is it cool to share memes with your therapist? We aren't actually sure of the edict around that, but why not? It can't hurt, right? They might want to “unpack" that joke later, but you're still funny. We guarantee it! We don't guarantee that you sound sane, but who is sane these days anyway? Sanity, in this economy?? That's crazy talk right there and, yes, I will be telling my therapist about that! Or maybe I could just send here a meme about it? I wonder what she's writing in those notes of hers? It's probably about how funny I am.
